Clutch issues

Recommended Posts

Clutch is biting right near the very bottom of the pedal travel, and I read that this means the clutch fluid needs bleeding/topping up but no links i have seen show how to actually top it up?! also where is the slave cylinder and all that malarky, cheers

when bleeding the brakes I went through about 500ml of brake fluid and was still getting air, loosening the nipple pumping clutch tightening nipple and releasing clutch. how much fluid am i expected to go through?

On the 1.8 16v there is an additional bleed nipple just after the master cylinder which needs bleeding as well. Air gathers at the high point of the piping and this is too clear that.
