VR6-slc storm 0 Posted March 14, 2004 hi, checked my wheel for play yesturday and found that my wheel bearing was gone, spent £25 for a new one to find out it had worn the hub out too. £44 for a new one. had them both fitted together and took it home to fit. i put it all back together hoping that it would stop my wheel from wobbling but to no surprise, it still wobbles...... i took it 4 a test drive anyways but it has gone from bad to damn right nasty.... it was the offside bearing and when i turn left it makes a horrible noise now like a drive shaft is broken and sometime when drivin in a straight line i get a pretty loud squeelin noise. generally it feels totally shagged. spent £100 in total for my rado to end up worse off. any1 who can help in any way would be fantastic. im at the end of my tether. thanks for your time.......
