sam2.0 10 Posted October 27, 2011 It did do this on the test drive, but thought nothing of it, but now its just annoying. I get a small rasp when I start her up and also when pulling away. It sounds like a piece of thin metal vibrating in the drivers foot well (so I imagine from the engine bay). I have noticed one of the heat shields seems to be attached by cable ties, but seems quite firm. I will be removing it this weekend, and driving the car without it to see if its sorted the problem. I've also got, what seems to be, a bit of a dodgy start up. Its hard to describe, but the car seems almost to choke then fire up. I suppose a video of this would be helpful!
