After running my g60 for a while i've noticed that once i switch the engine off the fan kicks in and wont stop until the batterys dead! but if i switched the ignition back on the fan would go off?? strange:scratch: any help would be much appreciated. jase. owen g60 10 Posted November 1, 2011 mine did this the other week... i started off pulling fuse 19 when it was parked up... should be the only 30 amp one in the fuse box. i would also check and clean the contacts on the after run relay box (black unit by the coolant bottle) also check the fuse in there whilst youre at it also clean the contacts on the rad switch, mine had moisture in there causing the fan to run constantly. I had that when the wire to the fan afterrun switch (the one on the support-bracket to the inlet manifold from the head) was shorting on the head itself. The wire had melted a bit.
