94 corrado headlight/taillight issue....

hi im just editing this post about my headlight and tail light issue....but the fuses r fine so it could b a wiring problem with the halo lights (front) i did not put them in my gf's bro bought the car like that and now its in my hands to fix up but anyways the front headlights wont turn on besides the highbeams and the rear taillights wont turn on except the one light on the passenger side which is a parking light.....

 

so does the halo wiring effect the other lighting ?????

 

also i was thinkin if i just took out the halos and installing factory headlights idk if this would work but im guessing it should....plz help D:
