exturbo2003 0 Posted March 18, 2004 sorry if this has been answered before at tickover the idle valve should suck to stabalize idle speed when the throttle is opened to say 2000 rpm should it stop sucking :?
Supercharged 2 Posted March 18, 2004 I think so as there is a microswitch connected to the throttle cable that turns the ISV off when you hit the pedal
GazzaG60 0 Posted March 18, 2004 pitstop/Gwerks may be able to confirm this it basically balances up the idle for a given temp. i suppose it depends on how much your idle screw is in or out. then it applies the relevent bleed amount to match that for a given temp and idle speed..
