Supercharged 2 Posted January 7, 2012 http://www.alloygator.com/ Anyone used these?? Me and Jim saw them at the Classic car show the other month and they seemed a good idea... My Mum's just bought a 1000 mile MK6 Golf and the Atlanta wheels are mint but really need some decent protection... I've read a few forums about people complaining they come off but whether this is to do with bad fitment or type of wheel / tyre combo etc? If possible i'm looking for something slightly cheaper and don't come as a one size fits all as I think a tailored fit would have more chance of staying on and not damaging the car etc if they did come off... CazzaVR 0 Posted January 8, 2012 (edited) Always thought they looked like a good idea. Read some very negative reviews on another forum the other day though (can't remember where- will try to find it again!). Supercharged 2 Posted January 8, 2012 Yeah that's a good link Andy, pretty much what i've read from other forums - why is it that 99% of after-market products either don't fit or don't last 5 minutes!
CazzaVR 0 Posted January 8, 2012 It's a shame cos it's a good idea!
