gary dw 10 Posted January 10, 2012 hey all. got a problem i can't seam to get my head around. the battery on my vr6 keeps running it self down after not driving her over a week end. after a few weeks of this and charging the battery with runs down the bypass and back i decided to look further into the problem. turns out that when i lock the car using the central locking fob and walk away the car trys to lock itself again and keeps repeating itself every 30 seconds or so (only lock not unlock and lock) . the doors lock and unlock properly on the button so this to me rules out an air leek. its not damp in the foam case that holds the pump so rules out and electrical fault. if i manualy lock the doors there is no problem and battery is fine. any ideas will help out thanks.
