Bobby 0 Posted March 22, 2004 spent a good 2 hours yesterday trying to get into my corrado :shock: , as the central locking has died some time back. After a few hours of manouvering an old metal rod i manged to pull the door open using the interior door pull, but in the proccess i've killed both door handles (got a bit annoyed) didn't help with me having removed the door pins either :( . so does anyone know what other handles can be fitted up front, vento, as i do'nt want to replace the corrado's ones with ones that will end up doing the same thing unless i have no other choice :roll: p.s anyone chucked the old vw central locking system and dropped in wire activated central locking, if so how hard was it? :?: Thanks Bobby :D Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

By the way, did you not think about climbing in through the boot, as you can manually unlock the boot regardless of the status of the central locking system......
