VW Paint codes & names

Is there a thread for the above? I've searched and found nothing so far. Even the VW Uk site is of no use. This place http://www.automotivetouchup.com/ was the only place I could find the right name for the paint code on my C

 

LA7U = Ascot Gray Metalic.

 

And I thought/was told it was Storm Grey!!!!

The Corrado Club GB site has that code listed as "Pearl Grey Metallic Z3 LA7U 91 - 93" :?:
