4WD G60 Corrado

Hi ,

 

I am in the process of heavily modifying my G60. I've been playing with the idea of taking the 4WD drive system out of a Rallye & lobbing it into a my Corrado. Does anyone know if this is possible, and has anyone attempted this before ?

I don't think its quite that simple as they don't share the same floorpan, so you'd have to do quite a bit of work modifying the underside of the car.

 

But a few people have done it with good results, so it is definately doable. You need to chat to a few people on here if you want a little more information... try pm'ing biggerbigben as I believe he is in the middle of a similar project :)

the added bonus being that you don't need to do the tunnel on a corrado, as it's already there.

 

it isn't a big job. I have a spare syncro boot floor panel, and I can fit it too if you're not feeling up to it.

I watched Awesome fit the back of a Rallye into a C. Didn't look to be a problem at all really.

If you need any advice or help let me know (PM me), I've converted my corrado to 4wd using the rallye floorpan, but there is another way of doing it...haven't got time to explain now..
