Stonejag 10 Posted February 28, 2012 Bit of a long shot I know, but my top hose has just let go and widdled coolant all over work's car park :( Trouble is it's an auto-specific part (it has a T off to the gearbox cooler - right where mine has failed) so nobody seems to stock them... It's only a pinhole at the moment but as the pressure creeps up it starts seeping and at temperature it produces a fine mist all over the thermostat housing and rad fan - clearly not going to last much longer. Has anybody got one in the garage - maybe after a manual conversion? The part number is 535 121 447B. Doesn't have to be stellar condition (I'd settle for watertight!) as I planned to convert the gearbox to a Mocal-style cooler and add a silicone hose kit for a manual - looks like I'm going to have to speed that up a bit...
