How to get those little instrument cluster screw covers?

Recommended Posts

HI all,

Broke a tab off one of them. Went to VW, who said the usual words: "sorry, not available any more"......... Crap.

Do any of you guys know how to get some?

Most appreciated.

Cheers,

Redfox.

If you can make that happen, I am with you on buying some sets of those.

Also sometime in the future.

Tried to setup a group buy last year only to be let down last minute by the chinese supplier and slightly inferior quality parts.

Have now got my hands on a "good pair" of screw covers ready to get in contact with some manufacturers.

The clips on mine broke. I simply just but a small blob of sealant on the back until the group buy kicks off again.. They come off easily enough too as its only a small blob on the screw head...

Sounds good. I will wan to buy some sets, if it comes to happen. Say ten sets?

Meanwhile, I'll use the blob method ;)

I would be also interested in few if it comes to any group buy or something. I still have mine, but discovered today one of them got only one mounting clip and the other one lost all clips (attached on blue tack - eh...)
