Keeping wheels shiny

Never owned polished wheels before so whats the best way of keeping them nice and shiny

Yes. even with normal alloys I polish mine whenever I wash the car. I didn't used to do that on my golf and the polished alloys on them have fared badly as a result.

After waxing i pour some devil shine over wheels gives them a coat of teflon,easier to clean the next time[ATTACH=CONFIG]58833[/ATTACH]

Plastic covers are easy to remove, just pull it, when installing back, align the air valve to position the slot on the cover. use "tire black" a liquid gel for tires, available on auto supply shops. it will keep your tire shiny and new looking.. or wipe the sidewall with used oil, same effect..but wash it first with detergent soap and water.

I am not a supporter of plastic wheels. Yes, their easy to change. But why change them, if you can take quality and care for them?
