Jim Bowen 1 Posted April 19, 2012 Well think this was one of the main causes of my "dodgy steering" These were brand new from VW about 4yrs ago, probaby done about 40,000miles. Found there was no grease used when it was fitted and the rubber boot was all loose, the pipe linking the boots was missing altogether.
