knight5651 0 Posted May 28, 2012 Hi all, Ive got an early corrado that was origionally fitted with manual windows but at some point has been fitted with an aftermarket electric window kit. I want to change it back to manuals but I'm having trouble finding the parts so I'm wondering if the mechs are the same as in old golfs or something as there more common in the scrap yards :) Cheers Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
davidwort 0 Posted May 28, 2012 no, corrado specific bits I'm afraid. you're better off sourcing some second hand proper corrado electric window regulators, which don't need to be run with the factory window control box, you can still keep the permanent live aftermarket switches, unless you want to go to the trouble of fitting the full loom and control box. knight5651 0 Posted May 30, 2012 Ahh disappointing lol, its the aftermarket loom I'm not to keen on its a mess!!! not that you can see it as its behind the dash but I'm funny about things like that :) so I want to convert to manual or like you say source all of the original corrado parts.
