King_prawn 0 Posted April 10, 2004 Hi guys, Just put my car back together: stage 4 charger,68mm pulley,oil cooler. Sounds Awesome :D (Cheers Darren) Ive also got rid of the water-oil heat exchanger. However ive noticed the water temperature seems to rise quickly when standing still for a few minutes. I dont remember it getting hot so quickly before. Any Ideas? I changed the blue coolant sensor and lamda probe as well. Its not loosing coolant and there are no leaks. I noticed when undoing the expansion cap there was a lot of gurgling, could it just be an air pocket? Oh and the rad fan is working too. What u reckon? h100vw 0 Posted April 10, 2004 Have you also noticed that the water temp is much lower than before? Mine used to be really low but shoot up when not moving/in traffic.
