mariovr6 0 Posted April 13, 2004 ok cant find the damn leak the oil is very clear clean ends up on the gearbox end most of the engine is clean n oil free excect the lower gearbox end n it ends up dripping from that metal vw badge below..... from above its still all dry n clean except there is alot of oil sitting on the right side of the top of da gearbox.... there is a slight leak coming from the thick pipe on da right hand side.. is this da oil cooler?? it feels like there is also oil coming from that pipe?? is that possible on a vr6??? PhatVR6 0 Posted April 13, 2004 remove the coil pack and have lok for leak behind there. plenty of geasketry for it to be leaking out of the engine in that area. and VR's are leaky old pigs at the best of times. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
