Electrical gremlins

I had a few electrical issues yesterday and wonder if they could be related.

 

First of all I noticed the interior light isn't coming on when the doors are opened, although it works fine on the switch.

Then noticed my reverse light wasn't working. I checked the bulb and fuses and they're both fine.

Then in the middle of the night the alarm went off for no apparent reason. I switched it off overnight but left it on all day today without any problem.

 

All other lights, radio, windows etc. all working fine. I washed it yesterday before all this so I wonder if it could be water in somewhere it shouldn't be?

 

Just wondered if anyone has had anything similar? To complicate matters, I'm hopeless with electronics and my C isn't wired up quite like any others!
