Recommend a tracking place in Manchester and set-up

Could someone please recommend a Tracking place that uses tracking gauges that use the wheel rim rather than the outside tyre and also what should my corrado be setup from the factory?

 

The reason I ask is I have tried a few places near me and they have all said my car is too low for there gauges to be fitted.

 

And no I am not going to higher it! haha
