Help please!! Piranha alarm

Please can someone help! My old piranha alarm playing up! Problem is, it's decided to stop opening doors on central locking, (so I have to use key) meaning I can't turn alarm off by fob! So my alarm goes off!!:bonk: I have checked all fuses! Battery is fine in fob! And central locking works fine with key!

 

Some one please help!!! :shrug:
