1272_el_ex 0 Posted October 28, 2012 Righto, wasn't planning on having to sell these but recently bought a MK3 MOT failure (yes I know) which looked to be an easy brake fix, problem is that since owning it trying to start it has proven to be somewhat of an issue. My choices are to sell these and use some of the money to try and get it fixed or just cut my losses and break it and recoup my money back that way. The car does run as I heard it when I bought it but I've only managed to get it to start twice since owning it. It may be something simple, it may be something more complicated but after spending a few hours in the cold trying to resolve it I am all for sending it to the big scrapyard in the sky. Anyhows, enough of me being a crap mechanic, the sale details. Dare RS, BBS RS Reps,alleged to be the 'better' ones. These come in multi fitment, 5x100 and 5x summit else. They are 8&9 x 16, ET20 out back. they are in generally good condition, a couple of marks to note as seen in the pictures. They also come with as new Falkens, 195 40 16 up front, 205 40 16 out back. I've had a look at the font of all knowledge, ebay, to gauge a price. They seem to be around £689 new with generic 195 45 16 tyres. Pics first, very slight kurb rash Given the condition I would like to see back £550 for these. Collection from Bognor Regis, West Sussex preffered.
