MFA - somethings not right....

Got a couple of issue's with my MFA readings;

 

Firstly that the mpg is always reading 99mpg, which iv seen is a rather common fault but have not yet found a solution.

 

Secondly, the diagnostic test (for reading boost levels etc) does not seem to work? I have followed the 7 steps which should lead to the pressure being displayed on the computer but it just switches to the second function of the mfa2 as it normally would....

 

Any ideas?
