clicking from passenger side rear??

I was sat in the car earler trying to fix the handbrake when I could hear some clicking coming from the panel next to the rear passenger seat.

I usually hear it from the drivers side from the electric windows but never from the passenger side.

The strange thing is If I kept still it would stop and then start again soon as i moved.

 

What could this be?

(car is a vr)
