Another after run question.

hi. I'v replaced the aux water pump and yellow temp sender and followed the test procedure in the cooling guide by dridging the two contacts on the yellow sender plug. The pump and fans can on as they should. Pump comes on with ignition also but it wont "after run" as soon as ingnition is off the pump stops.

Does this mean its the fan controle module thats at fault?
