fitting rieger front grille (with eyebrow)

Recommended Posts

I've one of these sitting at a m8's whose spraying it for me. whats the best way to fit it , also the lugs for attaching to the old grille mounts seem a bit flimsy. Do I just glue the entire thing in place, or pilot hole and self tap, r both. Anyone know an easy way. theres a full bag of 'stuff' for fitting but unfortunately the instructions are in German? Cheers!

HI

Drill pilot holes in the lugs and put in self tappers. Do not glue it as you have to remove it to take headlamps out to change light bulbs. then drill small pilot holes (2 each side) as close to the back of the eyebrow into the top of the plastic outer for the headlamps and screw in small screws to hold eyebrow in place. Hope this helps.
