Help? Anyone near Eastbourne with VAG-COM / VCDS? (Non Corrado)

Hi,

 

As per title, Is there anyone near to Eastbourne with VCDS?

I have a 2000 Audi A3 1.6 that had a faulty ECU which I've now replaced. My intention was to code the new ECU to the car using VCDS-Lite (shareware), as I'd read that you could do this. However, it seems not, although this could be partly to do with the cheapy cable I'm using.

The bit I'm having trouble with is accessing the data/options within the "17-Instruments" section to match the immobiliser to the ECU.

 

So, before I go and register the software and get a decent cable, Is there anyone locally who would come and sort this for me (for a price, obviously).

 

The car has Immobiliser 2 installed, so doesn't require a PIN to recode it.
