scorrado123 10 Posted February 16, 2013 Hi all, A quick question for you. I want to fit some speakers to my rear parcel shelf instead of using the standard rears. My question is if i want to use the existing wiring to the head unit do I have to cut the rear connectors off as some have suggested on here? Is there a way I can just extend the wires without having to cut off the connectors? Thanks!
guildmage 11 Posted February 16, 2013 I believe you can use something along the lines of: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PC2-805-Volkswagen-Speaker-Adaptor-Lead-Cable-Stereo-CD-/150566801843?ssPageName=ADME:L:OC:GB:3160 You may find this item much cheaper somewhere else thought.

Now that is a brilliant idea. In the past ive always just cut the connectors off. And at £2.05 it's cheap as chips. Will definitely use something like this in the future.
