Stonejag 10 Posted April 27, 2013 Tried ordering some obsolete brackets from these guys (http://hcautomotivegroup.com/) - claimed to be in stock, got an email confirming my order and then silence. Luckily I paid with Paypal and they took less than 20 minutes from my complaint to issue a refund! Seems like loads of companies think they can get away with taking your money and doing a runner! wolf74 10 Posted May 2, 2013 Also tried ordering from these wasters at HC Automotive, was after genuine now obsolete MK4 Golf front rubber mats. I received just one e-mail saying they were getting stock in direct from Germany and they would be in touch with a delivery date. After waiting 4 weeks and numerous ignored e-mails I too paid via Pay Pal and am now waiting for my refund via the dispute centre. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
