rs dub 0 Posted July 21, 2013 Car developed scratching of the passenger side sunroof.took it all apart and found one of the little tabs of four had snapped off.Found out the repair kit is on back order....Great!.It was late so decided to weld it back on with great success,put it back in the frame powered it up and still had the rocker jumping out?.i tried everything i could think of but,to no avail.At this point i gave up ,in the morning i went to a local scrappers and bought a late golf mk3 sunroof.I painted the corrado roof panel and replaced the glass mk3 item with it.bobbed it all in and it worked great so decided to put it all back together then,out of nowhere i heard that click of the rocker disengaging itself and found a nice scratch in the roof??.Took it all apart again and its doing exactly the same as the original!!.help please sunroof pros Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
