wheels. what are they?

please no sarchastic answers like "wheels are those round things on each corner of your car"

i bought my c from a garage in slough a few months ago (drove all the way from wrexham to see it)

the only thing that is bothering me is the wheels at first i thought they where bbs but they did not look as well made they are similar design to the standard bbs wheels multi spokes with center nut but they are actually tsw's. two of the plastic center nuts are missing so i need to know what they are, to get replacement caps

 

the guy at the garage told me that the original owner had them fitted by the dealer when he bought the car new probably b.s.

 

any ideas

nope much older probably the same age as the car 1991 and allmost identical to the bbs rm i think
