Jim 2 Posted November 4, 2013 Have to give these guys a special mention - worth also saying they're not paying me to say this or anything! Just that I was impressed with the service. Put in my second order with them today (only for some basic stuff - oil filter, sump nut washers, etc) and got a phone call a few hours later from them. The guy on the phone says that he can see I paid via PayPal and that this time around, my delivery address is different.. I told him that I did actually want to send my order to work, but PayPal forced me through into setting delivery for my home address. Couldn't believe he'd thought to call and double check, and amended my delivery address to be my work one as I originally wanted. Talk about customer service. Shipped same day as I ordered as well.
