twinny 10 Posted April 1, 2014 Right were do i start, bought the car 6 months ago as a non runner, no fuel pump fitted no exhaust etc, however ive put a second hand fuel pump on which came off a working car and an exhaust, put some fresh fuel in new plugs ht leads etc. now it would take forever to try and start, just turning over on the starter, until i checked the timing, it was way out. Anyway timing has been sorted and hey presto it fired up, had it running/driving for a good half hour until the heater matrix blew up ha. Ive since replaced this but its gone back to not starting again just turning over on the starter Anyone got any ideas on were to look next?
