lukeanderson31 10 Posted May 28, 2014 anyone removed their own immobiliser from the ecu? i.e. coded it out? im sure ive got the software to do it, but ive never done a vr6 ecu before. and i need to purchase an eeprom programmer so i can play about with my own maps for a more project side of things. got a mk2 vr6 with a 2.8 engine. 2 ecus, one immobilised and 1 de-immobilised. so wanted to play with the immobilised one at my leisure really for a bit of hands on learning. anyone?
