G60, valver, or vr6. How does value/price differ against millage?

Some of you may have seen my other post regarding buying a red valver.

 

I've now (as you do) started browsing different engines.

 

So what are the running costs of a G60 vs a valver?? (Tax, Insurance, petrol ...for example the wiki says the G60 is better MPG?? )

Would I be better of getting this VR6 and keeping £1800 for parts ? This seems very cheap- High millage? I hear insurance can be cheaper on vr6's (been reading alot of the forum today)
