Bobbywhacker 0 Posted June 8, 2004 ..it certainly would be by now if it were alive.. I know the black/blue wire runs from/to the controller from the fusebox, but what does it do in there? I.e. is there a relay for it?? Please, don't put the 'check the blue/white wire'.. I have completely ruled that out.. exnay on the stereo! Bobbywhacker 0 Posted June 9, 2004 right... using the trusty voltmeter, I get a worthy 13.70v between the blue/black and the earth.. is this supposed to change with speed? Does anyone actually know what causes the spoiler to lift?
Supercharged 2 Posted June 9, 2004 causes the spoiler to lift? A motor  There are resisters in the control box that decipher the speed, these then trigger a relay (ontop of fusebox in the usual place i think) that lifts the spoiler up and down...
