Ray1965 10 Posted March 27, 2015 Tonight my relay packed up. Electrician at work looked at the car as it was turning over but not starting. He tested the relay which seemed ok but did not want to work when in the car, strange but true. He then bridged the relay out and the car fired up. I'm going to get a new relay, from the stealers gunner go for genuine i think. Ray1965 10 Posted March 28, 2015 (edited) Fuel pump relay has now been discontinued from VW as from 2014 last year i was told. The one in my post above, looks to be the correct one from VWH, For Vehicles: Mk2 Golf 86-92 T4 09/90-06/03 Corrado 89-95 but lists all engines apart from 2.9 vr?
