Central locking unit?

Is this the central locking unit?

 

if so can anyone tell me what the plugs on this loom would most likley be for as a couple are cut :(

there is and its a vacum pump which is located in the rear of the car in the boot on the driver side after the wheel arch

 

cant remember the colour of the wires or connector block but when i get home ill try and see what it is unless osmeone else know off by hand :)

just seen the pic :oops: thats the window and sunroof control relay thing lol

 

so that has nothing to do with locking? just trying to figure out where they go and what they should attach to.

 

theres a think red wire on one side that carrys 12v constent thats cut, I'm scared!

LOL yeah the central locking pump is in the boot on the drivers side beheind the carpet.... have fun looking for it...

 

No carpet in mine so it was a doddle!

yep has nothing to do with the central locking :)

 

also thick red wires tend to be the 12v supply to the units i.e relays and control mechs :)

 

dont be scared ive been electricuted a few times doing ICE installs and u kind of gget used to it lol :afro: :lol:

hmmmmm, I might be leaving that alone then!

 

next question is where do the locking looms come and go from then as I cant find a mention of the on the fuse board?

LOL i love it how you kinda put a 12v live wire down bent up so it don't hit the body then all of a sudden it twists itself and arcs on the body and scarys teh shite out of u :mrgreen:

lol its ok aslong as the ignition isnt on u should have any probs :)

 

also looking at the pic looks like u have the loom going to the back and the vacum hose as it goes over the back wheel arch :)

 

isnt the pump working then???

theres no loom in the doors what-so-ever hench all the silly questions, also bits of loom missig chopped just trying to get my head around what I need and what I can plug back in.

 

does anyone know what colour wires/plug goes on the break pedal switch?

damm u dont have a headache of a job there :(

 

wouldnt it be easier just to go to ones of these guys breaking a 92> corrado and taking all the loom uncut??? isntead of having all this headaches???
