aposegil 0 Posted June 21, 2004 there is and its a vacum pump which is located in the rear of the car in the boot on the driver side after the wheel arch cant remember the colour of the wires or connector block but when i get home ill try and see what it is unless osmeone else know off by hand :) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

M15 VW 0 Posted June 21, 2004 just seen the pic :oops: thats the window and sunroof control relay thing lol so that has nothing to do with locking? just trying to figure out where they go and what they should attach to. theres a think red wire on one side that carrys 12v constent thats cut, I'm scared! aposegil 0 Posted June 21, 2004 yep has nothing to do with the central locking :) also thick red wires tend to be the 12v supply to the units i.e relays and control mechs :) dont be scared ive been electricuted a few times doing ICE installs and u kind of gget used to it lol :afro: :lol: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
