RedRocket 0 Posted June 21, 2004 I have recently purchased my Corrado and have been told that the mixture ratio needs sorting out. It is causing a black grit to appear on the rear end of the car. I took it to a garage and they said that the screw on the metering head has seased up and they wont attempt to adjust it. Any ideas how this can be overcome without snapping the screw? aposegil 0 Posted June 21, 2004 take the metering head off and give it a good clean from underneath and then some WD40 if that doesnt work i think i still have my old metering head at home somewhere which i could sell on for a small amount also are they sure its just not stck as i dont think it will snap
