Golf 3 headlamp motor into 'raddo headlamp?

As title guys, anyone know if the electric Hella headlamp beam adjuster motor off a mk3 golf would actually screw into the corrado's headlamp? Anyone tried it? Bigger/smaller bayonet fixing?
