My mate say, "ooh, look intercooler, I wonder how much that is" thinking that he'd want it for his 1.8T scirocco.

 

i said "he'll want a fortune for it, over £400 at least, it's a rallye one"

 

so he goes and asks the bloke, and he says "oh, it's off a golf g60 or something, gimme £30 for it"

Who's that then, if you don't mind me asking? Won't be Craig or Lee's as they're already sorted for an intercooler AFAIK, and the only other Turbo Roc I know of is a 2.0.

well, there was a silver one at the pod yesterday, he did that. this other one is his own car. it used to be a mars red 16v, the engine ended up in john gladhills LHD 1977 white mk1.
