Yellow wire from ODB port, where does it go?

So far i've done this:

 

Pin 4 - Brown------------> Earth

Pin 7 - Grey/White------> Engine loom

Pin 15 - Yellow------------> ?

Pin 16 - Red/White -------> Q3 on fuseboard

 

 

Where does the yellow one go?

 

Fuse box or engine loom?

 

If fuse box which postion? If engine loom does it go to the yellow wire with the black male plug or the yellow wire with the yellow female plug?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Yellow is the L - line, you can leave it off.
