This is getting annoying

OK .had a fault on cold starting l think l have got that sorted ?

When out in the Corrado 2.0 16v 1993 today ok on cold start runs spot on stop for 5 minutes starts ok

(Engine warm). Stop go get some petrol will not start (engine hot).this is interment fault happens when at a car show or getting petrol at the places you can not carry out checks.can get the engine to start on full throttle cranking for a minute or two (have a 720 amp fitted)Got it home stop engine wait for 5 minutes engine starts ok.got it to none start outside the house.So when none start the fans run with the ignition on.got a very good spark,removed spark plug spark plug dry.fuel pump new and working.got the engine started ( as above)the engine stars ok after turn it off and restart ok Sorry for the long rant :bonk::scratch::dance:

Update when scaring l found a fault on the engine temperature sensor,looks like a new one fitted

When checking l found the wiring to the switch had fell apart.carry out repair hopefully that my be the fault

Ok .the engine starts and runs from cold/ hot l think l have fix it hip hip haray

So if you have a hot / cold start check all wiring to switchs .Hope this helps some one

It's been 3 weeks now the engine starts hot/ cold now so have definitely fix the starting problem.Tje Corrado is running grand,very happy with it at the minute, evenjust got new front brake calipers

The way things are going don't think l will be selling the Corrado
