They have been refurbished however there is a slight ding on one which you can see from the pictures. They have been checked by a quality wheel refurbisher and are straight but one rim will need to be refurbished unless it doesn't bother you. Tyres: Excellent tyre in wet and dry. Goodyear Efficient Grip with at minimum 5mm all round.
