GhostDriver 10 Posted December 2, 2018 Hi, so I recently impulsively purchased a 1992 Volkswagen Corrado. I had it for 3 days with absolutely no issues, and then while going down the road the super charger blew a hole in the side of itself. I don't really know how to explain it better than that, though i do have pictures if anyone is interested; and I'm interested in learning about my options with this vehicle. I found a replacement G60 Supercharger on a BBM website, however I've never had experience with this era of European cars and am not sure if that's what I'm looking for. Or if theres another other options availible, any advice is apprecited. I want to use this car as a daily driver, yet still be able to take it to the track. I really dont know much about these cars, I've been aware of them for awhile but never really thought I'd see one, much less one I would purchase. knoxgeeks 10 Posted December 10, 2018 BBM is a great way to go, and they are very thorough with their units. The other option is to swap to an Eaton M64 from a Mercedes, but I have yet to find a comprehensive "how to" on the swap, plus there's little aftermarket tuning support.
