G60 0 Posted May 29, 2003 ..ok so i was wrong. i was told the new 3-fin rallye design was just as non-restrictive as the bbm rsr outlet. however, here are the numbers for inner diameter, draw your own conclusions.. INNER DIAMETER rallye: ~2.97" (i measured this myself, its just a hair under 3") bbm rsr: 3.22" (from BBMs blueprints) i have an rsr on the way from the states and i'm returning my rallye. doesn't make a lick of difference if you have a stock diameter outlet on the charger, but if your outlet is uber ported like mine, you'll need the rsr or you'll need to port the rallye wider. dave at kk tried porting the rallye for me and smoked a hundred dollar cutting bit.. because the rallye is sand-cast aluminum. there is a guy selling ripoffs of bbm's rsr outlet on the vortex. i haven't dealt with him personally, but i have been cautioned to stay away from him. his name is joeZX6. ok, i think i covered everything i've found out. i hate returning shit :x Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
