Mystic Blue 16v?

Recommended Posts

Hi.

I was talking to a Corrado enthusiast who was interested in buying my Storm recently and he told me he had owned a mystic blue 16v Corrado. I told him I thought it was a Storm only colour and he insisted that a very few late 16vs were mystic blue. He really seemed to know a lot about Corrados and said he used to know some one with a Storm and they were amazed when he parked his 16v next to it as it was indeed the same colour. Any one else heard this as the guy seemed quite genuine.

I said to him was it resprayed and he had bought it mint from a VAG main dealer years ago and insisted it had not been. It was a 96 registered 16v that must have been in the last batch of cars built in 95.

Its a posibility as there are loads of Mk3, especially 5 dr P and R reg Golfs in Mis-Teeq blue about, my mum has one

But, it should have not been allowed on a Corrado but we all know what VW are like!
