Thanks for advice was just a bit worried about the smell was like burnt engine smell not plastic.

Sorry forgot to mention it has been raining as well most of the night but still this does not explain the Burn smell

Morning guys just wanted to asked if any of you can point me in the right direction Jumped in my car as normal she started first time as normal driving up the road I started to smell a burnt smell coming through the blower I did got through a large puddle which i did not see as it was dark, then she started juddering and very sluggish sounded a bit like a tractor. So Turned round and brought her back home before I did anymore damage, I thought she was a bit smelly a couple of weeks ago coming in the blower but as normal didn't take much notice and a bit jumpy threw first few gears but this morning its the worst it's been. Any advice would be a great help many thanks Jez

Yep all fuses look fine that was the first thing I checked twice lol and swapped for another one

Right just checked again now home from work all bulbs look OK not blown the main H4 bulbs work as normal but when I try to flash nothing happens lights stay on but when i click the stalk back blue light comes on and the driver side light stays on but passenger light goes out and the little bulbs which I think are the full beam ones don't come on at all. I found the yellow dim/dip resistor on passenger side and same for me Jim it does not make any difference connected or disconnected. Could it be a relay ? or should I just order a new stalk first ? Thanks jim great help just for your info my blue light comes on when I pull the stalk did yours still come on ?

No its all standard I did just notice in daylight 1 light is on, drivers side next to full beam but thats it

Hi guys I know this has been covered somewhere before but could not get a good answer. Just had a MOT today it failed on headlight full beam, problem i got at night when i put my full beam on the blue light on dash comes on but lights go out at front so its pitch black on road lol not good now I have looked at the bulbs seem OK but I wanted to ask if anyone else has ever had same problem? all lights work normal only happens as I said when i put beam on don't know if it needs new lamps or could it be relay ? thanks in advance for any help Jerry

Hi guys I am a new here and was looling for a bit of advice please after a drive the other day I notice alot of steam coming from the engine, after viewing a few posts on the forums I found a pipe with a little hole in it near the green clip I have taken a picture of the pipe as best I can could any body point me in the right direction of what the part would be please many thanks in advance jerry
