Full V8 Vantage interior and I mean Full*!

forgotten how you add images here?... -
Hi All Many (many!) moons ago I did a Corrado with an aston inspired interior, making my own vantage style dashboard and a strict 2 seater with the rear seats replaced with a cubby and shelf arangement ( wish I still had some photos) Anyway, I am embarking on a new project this time using the a V8 vantage as a starting point and I have no need for the interior (the whole thing is being stripped to the chassis and a new design of body and interior fitted to it) so I have the complete interior from a perfectly good 2007 spec V8 vanatge (with the better seats ;-) ) included is the seats dashboard center console all carpets rear environment door cards pillar trims head lining all boot trim parcel tray The only thing to note is that DOES NOT include anything electrical, all harnesses, clocks and switches are retained by me as these are needed for the function of the car. I know this wont fit easily, and some may not fit at all (headlining?!) who knows but I know you guys do cool stuff and where there's a will and all that jazz... Any questions please ask. Many thanks Doug email: [email protected] Price: £5000 for the lot (you could probably do well selling the parts you don't use. I'm keen to progress my project so looking to clear this in one go)

Well here it is, it must go to someone who will either see it through and finish it or split it all for part and without doubt make a few $$$ Everything really needs a good clean and there will be areas on the body work which will need some attention and some new paint as a minimum. The wheels all need a refurb, stip and repaint - not just a polish!. The tyres are brand new, driven only a hand full of miles It has full FK silverline adjustable coilovers Oh and the R32 engine ;-) Custom stainless downpipe with audi stainless exhaust manifolds Oh the full custom interior! well documented in the build thread but there bits to finish. The seats will need the trimming finihed (all leather supplied and the old covers to use as templates). Theres a few bits which I had intended to trim in Carbon fibre (supplied) for the centerstack and center arm rest. EVERYTHING is included, what you see is what you get, it was far easier to photograph everything than list it all but I will try and add comments to each photo I WILL NOT break for individual parts I'm afraid as I need the lot gone in one go please. £1000, and collection sooner the better but you will need a trailer. The history of the build can be seen here: http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?t=45755 If you have any questions please ask. ....be great to see it finihed....... http://s289.photobucket.com/user/dou...0Garage%20sale

Well, there we go... its been 18 months since my last post and in that time the car hasn't moved from the garage. Its with great regret that I have to move this on as I currently cant commit any time to it. So I will be breaking it for parts. :-( So, I've not got to listing the parts its yet so if anyone whant first dibs on anything in particular drop me a PM. Or if anyone wants to take the project on as is... this could be some I would consider. Cheers Doug -
Hi, I would like to borrow the following from a Mk4 golf 4Motion/R32: Gearbox and transfer box rear diff propshaft lower wishbones hubs and drive shafts. I would like to 3D scan these to be used as 'Engineering' examples for my 3D scanning website. I can cover any travelling cost if you can drop off or I'm happy to collect within a reasonable distance of Banbury, I also dont mind adding a few £ to sweeten the deal. These are only required to be on loan and the scanning process is entirely non contact so will just be a case of dropping off and collecting a week later. I understand this is an unusual request but if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. If you'd like to see what I mean by 3D scanning please take a look here: http://www.capture-point.co.uk (this is my current website which I'm in the process of updating - thus requiring more examples to show) If you have any questions please email me on [email protected] (or if you wish to give me a ring please PM me for my number) Once the scans are complete I will be happy to upload the files (stl format) to the forum for all to use and will no doubt be invaluable to anyone engineering/desigin conversions or accessories etc. Many thanks, Doug
